Recently even more often there is a question on possibility of reception of the set conditions of macrosystems, that is on management of events probabilities in a macrocosm.

As a matter of fact, at quantum level this process can be identified with a reduction of wave function to one of possible own values.

Applied modelling of occurrence of the set conditions in macrosystems can be realized only at use of the quantum computer. Main principle of the quantum computer work is carrying over of the set information from "the donor" to "the recipient" through any chiral space of a natural or artificial origin. Examples of such spaces is the ionosphere, сholesteric liquid crystal, etc.

Databases with the digitized information on final physical, chemical and biological conditions of object are necessary for achievement of management effect by probability of macrocosm events. The given information is necessary for modulation of operating radiation.

The general block diagram of the quantum computer consists of the radiating system creating radiation with necessary parameters and bearing information on set changes, chiral spaces and object-receiver. One of possible mechanisms realizing process of information transfer (teleportation) and induction are information processes in the systems similar widely known HAARP.

The general preconditions of systems quantum computing creation are described in a number of our works and are based on researches in areas of biological, chemical and physical chirality, and also based on modern quantum physics achievements. Main principles of work and the generalized schemes of devices for determination probabilities of events in a macrocosm are considered by us in the book "Objective reality of the Pentateuch". The schemes resulted in this book can be used as elements of the quantum computer for determination and managements of live and lifeless world events probabilities.

Basic purpose of schemes is management of probability of occurrence of the conditions of macroscopical objects set by the explorer through chiral space in full conformity with modern quantum mechanics interpretations and conceptual bases of a modern science.
