Chirality

The notion of a chirality is the universal property of objective reality of existing world. The chirality is universal property of a matter, or rather, chirality is fundamental mechanism of the interaction between matter and space. Chirality plays a part of the projector of animate and inanimate nature on space. Just chirality allows matter to exist in a space in such forms that are really reproduced in the objective existing world. The chirality create left and right forms of the various structures, having different properties and executing different functions in the animate and inanimate nature. The fundamental character of chiral properties of the objective existing world now is proved by a large numbers of a facts in various branches of the science.
The chirality is a property of the material object, which can not coincide with one's plane mirror reflection. The chirality is manifestation of "left" and "right" asymmetry in the animate and inanimate nature. Now in the theoretical and applied electrodynamics the interest growth on investigation of structures and artificial metamaterials (such as, artificial crystals or photonic crystals) is exist. The mentioned structures may possess by "space memory" (space dispersion). The mentioned metastructures and their complex composite combinations has practical interest in connexion with tha active investigations and creating meta and nanostructures. In the variety of meta and nanomaterials should be mark the artificial chiral metamaterials (Greek - χειρ — "hand"). The chirality is exist in a various fields of a human knowledge, such as physics, biology, chemistry etc.

Chiral structures may be divide on two wide classes basing on their form and structure. The chirality of structure may be created by mirror asymmetry either internal contents or external forms of the structure.
1. Physically chiral media is metamaterial consisting of a plane, 2D, 3D etc. mirror asymmetry objects. This mirror asymmetry objects (elements) periodically located and chaotically oriented inside or on media surface. The structure is symmetry relatively some geometrical axis, but within consisted mirror asymmetry objects.
2. Geometrically chiral media is metamaterial basing on asymmetrical composition of the symmetrical elements. Such metamaterial may consist of many layers with variuos asymmetrical compositions.
